- Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- We guarantee that every transaction you make at RAS Medical Systems will be 100% safe thanks to encryption technology. Your personal information, including your credit card number, is protected from fraudulent use. Note: In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

- Returns & Replacements
- You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- We accept ALL major Credit Cards. We accept Hospital Purchase Orders and leases from our pool of Leasing vendors. We accept Visa & MasterCard for payment. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. You can also pay with a personal check, cashier check or money ordered in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders.
- Viewing Orders
- Go to RAS Medical Systems and, if you are registered, login. If you are not registered you will need to do so. After you are registered you will be able to track and view existing orders, proceed with checkout easier and faster, and store multiple shipping addresses.
- Updating Account Information
- When you are a registered customer you will be able to login and make changes to your account, change your password, and view past orders.
- Product Descriptions
- We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
- Pricing
- With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. As a patient of RAS, you have the right to be fully informed verbally and /or in writing before care is initiated of the following:
1. Supplies/products available directly or by contract;
2. Organization’s ownership and control;
3. Specific charges for service to be paid by you and those charges covered by insurance, third-party payment or public benefit programs;
4. Billing policies, payment procedures and any changes in the information provided on admission as they occur within 15 days from the date that the organization is made aware of change;
5. Participation in the plan of care and/or any change in the plan before it is made;
6. Authorization of a designated representative to exercise your rights such as signing patient consent or authorization forms on your behalf;
7. The organization maintains documentation of compliance of distribution of required information such as the patient consent from to clients;
8. Receive services without regard to race, creed, gender age, handicap, sexual orientation, veteran status or lifestyle;
9. Make informed decisions about care and treatment plans and to receive information in a way that is understandable to you;
10. Be notified in advance of treatment options, transfer, when and why care will be discontinued;
11. Receive and access services consistently and in a timely manner in accordance with the organization’s stated operational policy;
12. Participate in the selection of options for alternative levels of care or referral to other organizations as indicated by the client’s needs for continuing care;
13. Receive disclosure information regarding any beneficial relationships the organization has that may result in profit for the referring organization;
14. Be referred by another provider organization if the organization is unable to meet your needs or you are not satisfied with the care they are receiving;
15. Voice grievances regarding treatment, care or respect for property that is or fails to be furnished by anyone providing services on behalf of the organization with our reprisal for doing so;
16. Receive information on grievance procedures, which includes contact name, phone numbers, hours of operation and how to communicate problems to the agency;
17. Document a response from the agency regarding investigation and resolution of the grievance;
18. Direct medical questions to and/or seek clinical advice from your nurse, physician or home health agency;
19. Direct questions or concerns regarding the performance of your equipment, supplies and/or service to RAS at 800-822-STIM. Please be advised that RAS is responsible for resolving your questions or concerns, and it is the company’s goal to respond to questions or concerns in a timely manner. However, you may direct any question or concerns regarding RAS to The Compliance Team at www.exemplaryprovider.com
20. Refuse treatment and be informed of potential results and/or risks;
21. Be free from any mental, physical abuse, neglect or exploitation of any kind from agency staff;
22. Your property (supplies) will be treated with respect;
23. The confidentiality of your clinical records and the organizations policy for accessing and disclosure of clinical records;
24. Receive information regarding the organization’s liability insurance and disclosure of clinical records upon request;
25. Receive a copy of the organization’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
